We use a variety of edamame called "Yuagarimusume" produced in Ehime Prefecture.
Yuagirimusume is a very tasty soybean with a rich edamame flavor.
The best way to eat them is to boil them in salted water and eat them as a snack with beer.
We have made a tasty pickle so that you can enjoy these yuagari-mame for a long time. Please enjoy the texture of the crunchy yam as well.

Cheese Tsukune with Edamame and Pickled Long Potatoes
Mix edamame and long pickles with minced chicken and connect them.
Grill both sides well so that the inside is well cooked, toss with sweet and spicy sauce, and top with cheese at the end.
Goes well with rice and beer!
