Western-style mustard?

Pickled quail eggs? It's tangy and mustardy. It is the most popular snack pickle for men!

Pickles are usually made from vegetables, but we also recommend a different type of pickle, quail eggs.

We also recommend quail eggs, which are a different type of pickle.

The flavor of quail eggs is concentrated by pickling.

The acidity of the pickling liquid matches the mildness and richness of the yolk, making it a perfect snack for alcoholic beverages.

One quail egg contains about 1.7g of protein.

We recommend this as a snack for those on a weight-loss kick!

Made with domestically produced quail eggs, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind.

Let's cook!

Easy♪ Homemade mayonnaise Happy Tartar Sauce ♥

--------------------

Ingredients

2 egg yolks

2 tablespoons pickling liquid

1 teaspoon salt

onion, finely chopped

100 ml salad oil

--------------------

Method of preparation ★

1) Add salt to egg yolks and mix thoroughly.

2) Gradually add the salad oil, mixing thoroughly each time.

(3) When the mixture becomes creamy, gradually stir in the pickle juice.

When the mixture becomes mayonnaise-like, mix in the chopped onion.

That's all there is to it!

You can easily make homemade tartar sauce.

The trick is to mix thoroughly each time you add ingredients so that they do not separate.

If you are not eating the mayonnaise immediately after making it, add the onion just before eating.

The onions will separate due to moisture.

I added chopped quail, but it tastes great without it!

You can also cut quail into round slices and decorate it.

Please give it a try!
